Featured Projects:
Main Bank

Main Bank is currently under construction on a 1.75 acre site in northeast Albuquerque. The project consists of 11,574 s.f. of banking service and administration space on the first floor and 6,186 s.f. of leasable area on the second floor. There are also 2 drive-up teller lanes and a drive-up ATM.

Although several site design options were explored the facility in its final layout was positioned fronting Menaul Blvd., a major thoroughfare, providing optimal visibility and creating a more pedestrian friendly experience throughout the site.

The building itself is comprised of a metal panel system and synthetic granite EIFS on the exterior, framless tempered glass partition walls on the interior, and natural sandstone quarried locally both inside and out.

Bank of the West

Not only does the bank pay less for their current lease; this branch has reduced their operating costs working from the new facility. Their staffing requirements are now reduced because of the efficiency of the teller layout. Energy use has been reduced and their utility costs are down.

The bank’s customer base has increased since the new facility opened. They believe it is due to the easier access and because of the enhanced street exposure that their new facility benefits from.

Destiny Center

"Everything is fabulous. We couldn't be happier with the design and the quality of the construction. We're glad we took the time to think through the use of the facility because it really does meet our needs. The direction we gave the architect and builder was we did not want this building to look like a church. We are serving this community in a way that no other churches are doing in thisarea."
